Hao Wei Tu is a communication designer and researcher — a PhD candidate in Design at Swinburne University of Technology, working in collaboration with Design Factory Melbourne and the Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation (ANSTO) — and a Senior Graphic Designer at Melbourne studio D&D Creative, where he has led major rebrand projects across the CBD including Midcity Centre and Downtown Grocer. He specialises in brand strategy, visual storytelling and identity systems for both commercial and cultural clients, balancing aesthetics with strategic communication. 杜浩瑋是一位傳達設計師暨研究者，斯威本科技大學設計博士候選人，與墨爾本設計工廠（SDFM）及澳洲核能科學技術組織（ANSTO）合作進行研究。同時擔任墨爾本設計工作室 D&D Creative 資深平面設計師，主導墨爾本市中心多項品牌重塑專案，包含 Midcity Centre 與 Downtown Grocer。專精於商業與文化機構的品牌策略、視覺敘事與識別系統，於美學與策略性溝通之間取得平衡。

In 2022, Hao Wei made history as the first designer from Taiwan and East Asia to receive The One Club's Young Ones Portfolio Award in New York. His work has earned multiple international honours, including six Red Dot Design Awards, a Gold at Design for Asia, Silver, Bronze and Merit at The One Club ADC, the AIGA 365 Design Awards, shortlist recognition at D&AD, and Excellence Awards across Communication Arts. His work has been featured multiple times in Communication Arts Magazine and exhibited internationally in Taiwan, Macau, Germany, Japan, and Poland. 2022 年，浩瑋創下歷史，成為台灣與東亞首位獲得紐約 The One Club 青年作品集大獎（Young Ones Portfolio）的設計師。作品先後榮獲五座德國紅點傳達設計獎、香港 DFA 亞洲最具影響力設計金獎、紐約 The One Club ADC 銀、銅與 Merit 多項殊榮、美國 AIGA 365 設計獎、英國 D&AD 入選，以及《Communication Arts》多項 Excellence Awards。作品曾多次刊載於《Communication Arts》雜誌，並於台灣、澳門、德國、日本、波蘭等地展出。

More recently, his portfolio has been recognised as a Winner at the New York Type Directors Club's TDC 72 (2026), at the Taiwan International Graphic Design Awards (2025), shortlisted in Communication Arts Design (2025), and selected for the Golden Bee Global Biennale. 近期，作品入選紐約 Type Directors Club TDC 72（2026）、2025 年台灣國際平面設計獎，於 Communication Arts Design（2025）入圍，並入選莫斯科金蜂海報雙年展。

In 2025, he served as a mentor for the AGDA Professional Mentorship Program, a juror for the Design Institute of Australia's Graduate of the Year Awards, a finalist for Emerging Designer of the Year at the AGDA Awards, and a speaker at TEDxSwinburne. In 2026, he was invited to mentor Master's students through the Sint Lucas Antwerp – Karel de Grote-Hogeschool Internship Program. 2025 年起，浩瑋擔任澳洲設計師協會（AGDA）專業導師計畫導師、澳洲設計協會（DIA）Graduate of the Year Awards 評審，並入圍 AGDA Awards 年度新銳設計師，同年於 TEDxSwinburne 擔任講者。2026 年受邀擔任比利時 Sint Lucas Antwerp – Karel de Grote-Hogeschool 碩士生實習導師。
